For problem solving and analysis the simulation programme  PSCAD® / EMTDC™is applied. The programme is one of the market’s most powerful tools when it comes to analysis of dynamic and transient processes in a Power System. Typical applications are the dynamics of Electrical Machinery, Power Electronics Applications as well as systems where Cables, Overhead Lines and High Voltage Equipment are included.

For testing of the Power Quality, the Power Quality Analyzer EQUA is used which is a powerful tool for registration of transient processes or for long term measurements of the level of quality.
